design please place your order on this page, complete the Order Details Form and Submit the information electronically using the Submit Now button at the bottom of that page.
Upon clicking any Add to Cart button you will be directed to a secure payment page hosted by PayPal. Payment
can be made online through PayPal and with any major credit card.

The Order Details and payment can alternatively be submitted by printing the order form and sending it along

I wish to receive an electronic proof of my personalized monogram design for approval prior to assembly. I understand that the first electronic proof is complimentary while subsequent proofs will incur a $4.99 charge each, which is payable to A Personal Expression prior to delivery of my high resolution electronic file or shipment of my order.

Please allow 3 to 5 days for receipt of the electronic proof of your personalized monogram design. Rush orders may be requested for overnight design for an additional $20.
